Mad Men Season 3 Episode 6 Synopsis:

Sterling Cooper will get a surprise visit from the Director and Chairman of the Board of Putnam, Powell and Lowe. Sterling’s visit does more than surprise for his team. Sally was feeling bad in the wake up of her grandfather’s death. Duck looks to woo Peggy Olson and Pete Campbell from Sterling Cooper.

Joan Holloway is finding out that studying the move of Marilyn Monroe and Emily Post haven’t ready her for a husband. Pete Campbell appears to be more recalcitrant about leaving Sterling Cooper.
