An action-comedy television program from the United States, Chuck has been renewed for a fourth season. Executive producer Josh Schwartz (‘Gossip Girl,’ ‘The O.C.’) and executive producer-director McG (‘Charlie’s Angels,’ ‘We Are Marshall’) team up again to carry back action-comedy series chuck. The first three season of this series were televised on NBC entertainment channel. First episode of chuck series was premiered on 24th September, 2007, on NBC and the series is about an ‘average computer-whiz-next-door’ who receives delivery of an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working in the CIA. The message implants the only remaining copy of the world’s greatest secret agent coverts into Chuck’s brain.
The season 3 of Chuck was premiered on NBC on 10th January, 2010 with a two hour premiere at 9/8c. Season 3 of series achieved highest rating due to 2-part premiere. Due to popularity of the show, on 14th May, 2010, the formal announcement for renewing the fourth season of show was released by President of Primetime Entertainment, NBC and Universal Media Studios Angela Bromstad. Originally, ‘Chuck’ was a bubble series which nearly did not create it in the second to third season transition. But, the number in season 3 improved with 2.4 rating, 6 share in adults 18-49 and 6.6 million viewers overall.
