Top Chef (S06E05) Synopsis:
In this episode, the chefs visited a campsite to create a menu worthy of a group of Las Vegas cowboys. The chef prepared the high-end dish of their choice for two dozen cowboys, and judges had given them one hour and 15 minute to prepare their cook. Mattin tried to impress the judges with his different cook item. He made a Ceviche with three ways Salmon with Apple, Spicy Tuna & Cod with Corn. Bryan made a quality dish and judges were impressed by his dish. Everybody tried their level best of themselves.
Bryan finally won his third challenge in five episodes with a Roasted Pork Loin with Corn Polenta, Dandelion Greens, and Glazed Rutabega. But he had not received immunity prize.
