Victoria Beckham on American Idol as Guest Judge

An exciting news from the American Idol!!! Victoria Beckham, the 35-year-old former Spice girl will be appeared as a guest judge on American idol. Victoria Beckham was on the first round of “American idol” auditions in the post-Paula Abdul era. Host Ryan Seacrest said on his morning radio show that Beckham would be at this week’s auditions in Denver. Beckham and host Ryan Seacrest were the first to arrive at the Denver hotel Friday.

Katy Perry and Victoria Beckham will be sit in as guest judges in Abdul’s place. But it was not clear whether Beckham did any judging Friday. Beckham will join other judges like Simon Cowell, randy Jackson and Kara Dioguardi on the section. Beckham has previously served as guest judge of project runway and she has agreed a fee of £155,000 to appear in two episodes of American Idol.

Beckham told that she didn’t wish to distract her attention from her newly launched fashion line. A source said “Victoria is hugely flattered as this is one of the highest profile shows in America. It is a really big deal. Her husband David may be having a hard time at the moment but Victoria’s profile Stateside has never been higher.”
