One Big Happy Family is one new reality show that is telecasted on TLC Tv. This reality show is regarding fatness in the American family who are trying to lose weight. One Big Happy Family follows Coles family in which the mother, father, son, and daughter each weight is more than 300 pounds. In this reality show Coles family will follow weight loss journey which will be without the help of any expert. One Big Happy Family reality show has six episodes, which has been already started on Tuesday December 29, at 9:00 pm on TLC Tv.

Coles Family includes 41 years Norris Coles, weighs 340 pounds. His wife Tameka is 36 years and weighs 380 pounds. Their daughter Amber’s age is 16 years and weighs 348 pounds. 14 years son Shayne’s weighs 308 pounds. On basics of variety review, Shayne is in risk of developing diabetes if he does not lose some weight.
Coles Family faces daily realities and struggle for their high weight. Norris Coles is not doing job and he is sitting at home. Tameka is working for two jobs. Tameka is decided to make some changes in her family, and tries to eat right and do exercise for lose weight.

I have watched this family from the start and can only say I Love Each One! They are lovely people and I wish more families could be so lucky to have the love they have for each other.

I have to admit that when I first watched the show I was expecting the worse. I thought they were going to make a mockery of this family. I have been pleasantly surprised and inspired by the Coles. Not only are they a model for what real people go through with weight issues, they are a model family. I love that they do everyhing together. The parents are doing an amazing job raising teenagers. Shayne and Amber are well adjusted kids, despite their weight. I noticed last night that they said the Coles will be back in the summer. I hope the show doesn’t get cancelled. There are many lessons that the Coles can teach America beyond weight loss.
I for one, would rather watch this than all that jazzed up, rated x sexual bullshit they have in even commercials these days, let alone the graphic bloodshed and death in creepshows like CSI uncut or whatever-there is a reason there is as much crime in our country now-in the fifties, they didnt show this crap, they had half the problem with it-they show it, it got worse-my kid and I do NOT do cable TV-what a waste of an already short life
