Kara Scott a self-described massive poker geek and co-host of High Stakes Poker, is one of the top female poker players in the world and well-known TV personality and journalist. For the European Poker Tour in 2007 and 2008, Scott served as the television host. Scott was Born in northern Alberta, Canada and moved to the United Kingdom in 1999.

1989 World Champion, and his 11th World Series bracelet in 2007 was won by him and he is only one person in history to do so. The opportunity has been given by his fame to be involved in many businesses on the side, and he is highly acknowledged as the game’s best self-promoter.

Andreas Hoivold

He was born in Sunderland, England, a 37 year-old professional poker player but now hails from Kristiansand, Norway. He won the 2007 EPT Dortmund, good for $880,000. “Cartoon Collector” is the nickname and at one time owned the largest comic book collection in Norway.

Phil Ivey

He is the winner of seven WSOP bracelets. In excess of $12.26 million as of 01/22/2010, Career live tournament winnings, and his rank on the all-time money list is 2nd.

Phil Laak

He usually wears hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses so that his nickname is “The Unabomber”. He won the PartyPoker.com World Open V in London in October, 2009, good for $225,000 and holder of one WPT invitational title.

Jason Mercier

“Supermova” is the nickname of Dario Minieri who is the native of Rome, Italy. In 2008, he is winner of one WSOP bracelet in a $2500 no-limit hold’em event.

Daniel Negreanu is one of poker’s most likeable and recognizable personalities and Dubbed “Kid Poker”. He owns four WSOP bracelets, the latest in a 2008 WSOP $2000 limit hold’em event, and two WPT titles.

Patrik Antonius

Now he is living in Monte Carlo, native of Helsinki, Finland. He also has home in Las Vegas. When he not at the tables, he enjoys lifting weights, clubbing, reading, and traveling.

Lex Veldhuis

Now he splits his time between Rotterdam and Las Vegas as a jet-setting pro. Currently he is woking in “multitables high-stakes cash games”, with screenname name “RaSZi,” and has topped the PokerStars Tournament Leader Board twice. A former gamer, his friend Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier (who made his first online deposit for him) encouraged.

David Benyamine

He is the native of France, but now lives in Las Vegas. One WPT open title and one WPT invitational title is owned and in the $10,000 Omaha Hi/Lo World Championship in 2008, his first WSOP bracelet was won by him. In his early career, he was a professional tennis player but had to retire because of shoulder pain.

Doyle Brunson

At the age of 76, he is the author of several books, including Super System and Super System II, perhaps the greatest player of all time. He had the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic renamed the Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic in his honor in 2007.

Phil Galfond

He was born in 1985 and resides in Madison, WI who is Full-time poker professional. Regularly, he is competing against the likes of durrrr, Ivey, Hansen, Benyamine, and others, considered one of the premier online high-stakes cash game players in the world.

Bertrand Grospellier

Bertrand Grospellier now resides in London who is a pro gamer and professional poker player from France, nicknamed “ElkY”. One WPT title and one EPT title is embraced and the WPT Player of the Year award for Season 7, clinching the honor with a 3rd place finish in the 2009 WPT Championship was won by him.

Mike Matusow

He is one of poker’s most recognizable players, and Known as “The Mouth” for trash talking at the tables. A $100,000 prop bet with Ted Forrest was won by him at the beginning of the 2008 WSOP by losing more than 50 pounds since the 2007 WSOP, weighing in at a svelte 179. On January 18, 2010, My Life as Liz was debuted on MTV. It is an American television series or drama. By a first-of-its-kind show, a glimpse of the teenager Liz Lee’s life is given to you. Like most of the teenagers, she endures from a sense of alienation. She is an amusing with a good sense of humor. In the Texas town, Liz is trapped and feels conservative.

With the eyes of Liz Lee, a precocious, sometimes sarcastic, always witty teenage girl “My Life as Liz” explores high school life. By carving out a place of her own among her more “normal” peer, the series explores Liz’s attempt to make the best of her senior year, ever the outsider. Liz’s journey of self-discovery is often humorous one, though her off-kilter outlook and impeccable comedic timing. Her openness and honesty allow viewers to bear witness to the truest and most tender moments of being a teenage girl.

On 8th March Monday evening, MTV’s hottest reality show/scripted series ended with an episode called “The End of the Beginning”. In that episode, as the pressure mounts, Liz is sick and worried about the talent show. Sully takes a candid photo of Liz and create shirts with her picture on it for all the Liz supporters to wear. In the beginning of the talent show, Bryson leaves, but comes back with a guitar and performs with Liz. When winner announced, it was not Liz and not Cori and her group. At the end of the talent show, Liz thanks Bryson and then meets Bryson’s girlfriend.

Often the episodes of My Life as Liz end on a positive note and Liz managed to perform a song from Band of Horses with some help from Brysons who played the guitar in a decent way. To see the football players giving her a standing ovation that made some of the other girls very jealous, it was really interesting.

The fans are waiting for a new season or even more confused seeing that Liz looked like she was about to leave her small town for a move to New York in the last episode. So do not fear, because season 2 for ‘My Life As Liz’ is apparently on the way. The season 2 of My Life As Liz gets a big chance of being renewed.

1. The series was extremely popular and has a very strong following.
2. There is an online petition looking to get over 10,000 signatures to make sure the show comes back to the network later this year. IMDB says about My Life as Liz “it is a pseudo-mockumentary focusing on sardonic 18 year old Liz Lee and her attempts to deal with life in her Texas town” and lists the show as a “comedy”, not as a reality show.

With Jack’s help Kate returned to the island to find Claire and bring her home for Aaron, she boarded Ajira Flight 316. Kate worked for the DHARMA Initiative as a mechanic, Stranded in 1977 with her friends, and was liable for saving a young Benjamin Linus’s life. She began searching for Claire alone in 2007.

Matthew Fox plays the character of Dr. Jack Shephard which is also a fictional character on the ABC television series Lost. Jack Shephard was born between 1969 and 1970. Jack is a Spinal surgeon at St. Sebastian Hospital in Los Angeles, CA, USA. After funeral ceremony of his father to the United States, he was in the aboard Oceanic Flight 815. Jack plays main character in this series as a leader of the crash survivors. Jack Shephard is the opposite of John Locke (Terry O’Quinn) and both of them love Kate Austen (Evangeline Lilly) and Juliet Burke (Elizabeth Mitchell). Claire Littleton (Emilie de Ravin) is a brother of Jack Shephard.

Ben said that all of them had to go back including the late Bentham, who was actually John Locke. After being thrown during time and space, Jack later returned to the island when Ajira Flight 316 flew over the Island. For the DHARMA Initiative, Jack worked as a workman where he tried to change the past by exploding a hydrogen bomb. At present, his fate is unidentified.

For a season 6, which is expected to be debuted this fall, the eye has just renewed the half-hour comedy series starring Neil Patrick Harris. This year, Harris has picked up a Golden Globe nomination even though he lost it to John Lithgow of “Dexter”. For the network beside “Two and a Half Men” and “The Big Bang Theory“, How I Met Your Mother has been a solid Monday night performer.

Moreover, for three further years Carter Bays and Craig Thomas are already in contract with 20th Century Fox TV. To form a new but not yet titled show about a young couple and their friends in Pittsburgh, the restitution of “HIMYM” means that they have to work twice their time before.

In the interim, “Two and a Half Men” and “The Big Bang Theory” are in the midst of a multi-year pickup as per THR. CBS has also renewed, “The Amazing Race” for 1 more season and “Survivor” for 2 more seasons.

“How I Met Your Mother” short description

The main character of HIMYM, Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor, with narration by Bob Saget) gathers his daughter and son to tell them the tale of how he met their mother, which explains the title. In 2005, the story had started with Ted (Josh Radnor) as a single, 27-year-old architect living with his two best friends from Wesleyan University, Marshall Eriksen (Jason Segel), a lawyer, and Lily Aldrin (Alyson Hannigan), a kindergarten teacher, who have been dating for about nine years when Marshall proposes. It was only due to their engagement that caused Ted to think about marriage and finding his life partner and hence, Ted began his seek for his perfect mate.

How I Met Your Mother’s other foremost characters are Marshall Eriksen (Jason Segel), Robin Scherbatsky (Cobie Smulders), Barney Stinson (Neil Patrick Harris), and Lily Aldrin (Alyson Hannigan).

ABDC Season 5 Spoilers:

The ABDC Season 5 began with Regional Finals. 15 dance crews have been choosen in regional finals, 5 crews from the South, 5 crews from the East and 5 crews from the West. Only three from each region can enter in the National Competition that kicks off on February 18th. Omarion will replace Sparks as a judge in season 5.

Picket Fences is a story of the sheriff of Rome, Wisconsin. A small town family man trying to look out for both is family as well as his small community.

Sherrif James Brock (Tom Skerritt) takes care of Rome and also looks out for his wife Jill (Kathy Baker) a doctor at the town’s small doctor’s office; his daughter Kimberly (Holly Marie Combs), she is from his previous wife. His two sons with Jill are Matthew (Justin Shenkarow) and Zach (Adam Wylie).

Sheriff Brock must deal with Judge Henry Bone (Ray Walston) in keeping law and order in the town; he is a judge and doesn’t always rule with the law, but quite what is in the best interest of the town. Lawyer Douglas Wambaugh (Fyvush Finkel) is another thorn in Sheriff Brock’s side. Douglas Wambaugh goes to any length obligatory to win a case.

Vinny Guadagnino said to the New York Daily News that for another installment of the MTV reality series, he and the rest of the Season 1 crew are perhaps going back to the Seaside Heights next summer. Earlier this month it was rumored that the gang will move to Sea Isle City after filming the first season in nearby Seaside Heights, though, the mayor of Sea Isle City has released a statement to clear up that no filming is taken there.

Leonard C. Desiderio said in the press release issued on Thursday, January 21, “To date, there has been no contact made to City officials regarding this possibility,” “We have not been contacted about the show ‘Jersey Shore’ filming in Sea Isle. This is an unsubstantiated rumor and in fact, we understand the show is returning to Seaside Heights for the next season. My staff and I are in communication with MTV to clear up this matter and ensure the media is provided with accurate information.”

Vinny told a group of women at the Youth in Revolt after-party at La Pomme that “They want us to do another season.” Meanwhile, the Jersey Shore cast members have been enjoying their new-found fame. DJ Pauly D and Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino cost $7,500 per night and Vinny gets $3,500 whereas Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi is not particular about what clubs she goes to. For a double appearance Ronnie Margo and Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola often get $3,000. There no word on how much Jwoww commands.

About Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore wiki)

One of the reality television series on MTV is Jersey Shore, which follows 8 housemates spending their summer on the New Jersey Shore. In August 2009, the show was filmed in a summer share in Seaside Heights although was also filmed in other towns like Toms River and Neptune.

The show observes the 8 housemates in a Real World-type style living and vacationing on the range of resort towns in the northern part of the Jersey Shore. The show debuted among immense amounts of controversy about the use of the words “Guido/Guidette”, portrayals of Italian-American stereotypes and scrutiny from locals as the cast members are not residents from the area.
