Gossip Girl Season 3 Episode 1 (S03E01) Synopsis:
In this episode, as the summer is ending, Blair and Chuck are falling in love and make to the new relationship status. They had apparently spent the whole summer setting up situation where Chuck is seduced by a potential mistress. Serena returns from her European adventure with many secrets to hide and a complicated relationship with Carter Baizen.
Meanwhile, Nate returns with Bree Buckley, Rufus, Jenny and Dan from his travelling with a mysterious brunette. They had spent the summer holiday in the Hamptons, adjusting to the van der Woodsens’ glamorous lifestyle surprisingly faster than any of them expected.
