InkMasters – A new Tattoo Competition Series by Spike TV

American cable television channel, ‘Spike TV’ which is part of MTV networks has announced the first Ink tattoo competition series, ‘InkMasters’ on 16th March, 2011. The announcement of new series is made by Spike TV’s executive vice president, Sharon Levy. The production of the series will start in May 2011 and it will air in summer with six episode including 5 one hour semi-final round and 1 one-hour championship finale. Original media and Charlie Crown will produce the ‘InkMasters’ series.

Face Off Season 2 – Preview

Syfy’s makeup-artist based reality series ‘Face Off’ has been renewed for season 2 to offer a chance to rising SFX make-up artists group, so they can come on the stage and show their imaginative and creative artistic ability. The first season of the ‘Face Off’ has received an average 1.4 million viewership per episode. The finale of the season 1 was completed on March 16 with next season announcement. TNT renews The Closer for season 7

The American television series based on the crime is set up to air in this spring with its all new total 21 episodes, previously declared 15 episodes plus further 6 episodes. HBO Starting “The Pee-Wee Herman Show On Broadway” on March 19

America’s cable television network, HBO will premiere the Paul Reuben’s Broadway show, “The Pee-Wee Herman Show on Broadway” on Saturday, 19th March, 2011 at 10:00pm. After three decades, Paul Reubens has come back to the HBO with his successful Broadway program. The Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway was shot live at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre in New York in January to broadcast in the March.

This special show is directed by Marty Callner. He had also directed the first 1981 HBO special “The Pee-wee Herman Show” which showed the Reubens and his comedic group. It was first appeared as the midnight show in February 1981 at the Groundlings theater and afterwards shifted to Los Angeles’ ‘The Roxy Theatre’. At Roxy theatre HBO recorded the performances and broadcasted it as an exclusive program on that year. Image Entertainment had provided it in the form of DVD on 18 July, 2006. Many proficient strongmen from worldwide will participate into the official qualifying tour for the competition of World’s Strongest Man, Giant Live. It will include the various events such as framer’s walk, car deadlift and Atlas stones.
