CBS renews Survivor for Season 23 & 24

CBS broadcasts two cycles per year so, these two new installments will air during 2011-2012 seasons. The three-time Emmy winner, Jeff Probst who has been the part of Survivor from beginning, signed a new deal to continue as a host and executive producer in upcoming seasons.
‘Survivor’ is the longest-running reality television game show which was produced in 1997 by Charlie Parsons. It was debuted on May 31, 2000 and now its 22nd season is taking place close to the beach of San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua.
