Each week, this show visits a different school with its own set of issues and its own unique set of cliques. Five students will select to tear down the walls among these different circles on a transformative one-day program, “Challenge Day.” The first episode, “Freedom High” will take place in Oakley California. This season will remind the film “The Breakfast Club,” which depend on real life truth. In this series students will ultimately unit by passing different ways of life and surprise each other with illuminating yet sometimes difficult truths about their lives.

In the series premiere, viewers entered in a Northern California school, which is divided by race and cliques, a symptom of a newly-diverse student body that has grown from 500 to 2,400 students in just 10 years. The show profiles a variety of schools, which are struggling with everything from cyber bullying to small town rumor mills when the season progresses. Viewers learn that to make the best of their high school years, all of the young people profiled are striving while experiencing many of the same doubts and fears that are part of being a teenager. Deep down, all of these students want to be accepted for who they really are.

“If You Really Knew Me” touches on a number of issues young people struggle with today, from mental health to cyber bullying as the series progresses. MTV will connect viewers to information and resources for many of the topics addressed in the show, often integrating the network’s core public education initiatives including A THIN LINE, which aims to empower young people to stop the spread of digital abuse, on-air and online.

President of Programming for MTV, Tony DiSanto said, “If You Really Knew Me is an incredibly authentic and compelling docu-series that takes us on a 24 hour journey through a high school’s social transformation. On last night episode Trainer Jillian Michaels visited first family Mastropietro to help them change their unhealthy lifestyles in the premiere of this reality series. She helped a sweet couple, father, who has had a successful gastric bypass surgery and weight 296 lbs and mother weighs 261. Couple daughter, Michelle, is married and unhappy with past gastric bypass procedure. Daughter was beginning work to weight loss starting 260 but latter she stopped at 127, lost 133 lbs. While functioning to change their nutrition and fitness habits, Jillian find out a disturbing issue from the past that could play a role in the family’s health afflictions.

One of America’s most notorious chefs, molecular gastronomist Marcel Vigneron (Top Chef) is the star in Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen, who utilizes the science of cooking. Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen is a reality series that will focus on Vigneron’s catering company.

To produce an extraordinary celebration or event, his new catering and event company will be hired by a demanding client in each episode. Marcel will dream up a subject and food preparation for the event, which range from a fairytale graduation party and a Goth-rock fashion show to a birthday dinner held on a platform suspended in mid-air on the basis of the client’s requests.

To make everything from the immersive decor to a delicious menu that highlight Marcel’s unique brand of avant-garde cooking, the depths of their imagination and culinary talents will be tapped by him and his team of party planners and chefs. If you and your family want to lose weight together with the help of fitness trainer Jillian Michaels, you can apply for the new reality show ‘Losing It with Jillian Michaels’. Jillian says the show will permit us to see more facets of who she is and learn more about the methodology of the Jillian Michaels approach, things she says we miss on Biggest Loser. She says, “I’m passionate about showing more of what we do”. Jillian says with “Losing It” there are no more excuses.

In this show, Jillian will spend 5 to 7 days with a family and follow them to work, school and the rest of their day-to-day lives. After that, she calculates their lifestyles and offers tools and information to enact real change. She also checks whether the families will follow schedule or not. She will also take care that the changes she suggests fit in with the families situations. She will show them how to get the workouts done at home, if they can’t afford a fitness center.

Michaels says “When your health is out of balance everything else suffers — finances, relationships, work and family dynamics”, “I’m moving in with families across the country, getting down and dirty and rooting out bad habits in every corner of their lives that are preventing them from health and happiness.” Curtis Stone, Celebrity chef will teach families about nutrition and give tips on cooking with healthy ingredients. • Instead of fatty, salty syrupy sauces: Mustards, vinegars and seasonings. She does make one exception for salad dressing — Galeos dressing — “It tastes amazing,” she said. (I concur.)
• Instead of greasy chips: Popchips or Guiltless Gourmet corn chips. Also try air-popped popcorn doused with Tabasco sauce.
• Instead of processed, sugary candies and cookies: Newman’s Own products, including their alphabet cookies, peanut butter cups and organic dark chocolate.

Top Chef

Top Chef is an American reality contest show airs on Bravo, US TV channel. The show is produced by Magical Elves Productions, who created Project Runway. Chef contestants participate in show and compete against each other in culinary challenges. The contestants for the Top Chef are judged by a team of professional chefs and other notables from the food and wine industry. In each episode, one or more contestants are eliminated.

Top Chef Season 6 was completed last year. It was filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada and its last episode was ended on December 16, 2009 in Napa California. For season 6 the judges remained the same as in Season 5. Kevin Gillespie and two brothers named Bryan Voltaggio and Michael Voltaggio were finalists in season 6. Michael received the title of Top Chef.

Top Chef Season 7

Bravo TV announced a seventh season of Top Chef on October 5, 2009 which was first filmed in Washington, DC and will complete in Montreal, Canada. Top Chef Season 7 will premiere on Wednesday, June 6, 2010 at 9:00pm EST on Bravo.

The show has been renewed for season 6 on MTV. Production was started on13th January, 2010. The old cast member of the show Kristen Cavallari and Audrina Patridge will be returning to the show.
