“The Good Guys” is an American action comedy-drama series about an old-school cop and a modern-day detective. The Good Guys TV show has been telecasted on Fox. Formerly it was known as “Code 58″ or “The Five Eight”. Stars like Bradley Whitford, Colin Hanks, Jenny Wade, Diana Maria Riva and RonReaco Lee have played leading character roles in this series. There are total nine episodes in The Good Guys show, eight were telecasted and one is remaining.
In the TV show “The Good Guys,” Once upon the 1970s, Dan Stark (Bradley Whitford) and his partner, Frank Savage, were big-shot Dallas detectives. After saving the Governor’s son, they were extolled as American heroes. After Thirty years, Dan Stark is a washed-up detective who spends most of his time in drunk or re-hashing his magnificence days. A stranger to modern police work who would much rather trust his old-school police behaviors, Dan has the reputation as being a bit of a wild card on FOX’s “The Good Guys.” Jack Bailey is an ambitious by-the-book detective whose attitude has made him few friends on the police force. His habit of undermining himself has earned him a dead-end position in the department, and he is stuck solving annoying petty theft cases that nobody else wants.
Dan only helper is Assistant District Attorney Liz Traynor (Jenny Wade) is an assistant district attorney and former girlfriend of Jack whom Jack hasn’t quite gotten over and the one person he turns to for help with his current professional predicament. He is stuck waiting the day when he can turn everything around, get back to solving actual cases and return to being a real detective until Jack finds his way out of this situation. The way of Dan reminds the excitement of the case and Frank busted punks back in the good old days, and he convinces Jack to go along for the ride. Many departmental rules are again broken in the reckless pursuit, showing their boss, Lieutenant Ana Ruiz, that Jack and Dan will be spending many more days in the Property Crimes Division, assigned to investigate seemingly minor crimes in order to keep them out of major trouble.

Bradley Whitford (as Dan Stark):
Bradley Whitford is an American film and television actor who played a role of Dan Stark in the TV show ‘The Good Guys’. He is well-known for his roles as Danny Tripp on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, as Deputy Chief of Staff Josh Lyman on the NBC television drama The West Wing and as antagonist Eric Gordon in the film Billy Madison. Dan Stark is a mustachioed, former big-shot detective with the Dallas Police Department. Colin Hanks (as Jack Bailey):
Colin Lewes Hanks is an American actor, played a role of Jack Bailey who is an ambitious by-the-book detective whose attitude has made him few friends on the police force. He has a crush on Liz Traynor, who he usually musters up the courage to talk too. Usually, Jack is calm-headed, and prefers to not get his hands dirty at times when it is unneeded. Colin Hanks tries to learn about the importance of partner from Stark.
Jenny Wade (as Liz Traynor):
Jennifer “Jenny” Wade is an American actress who is well-known for her playing “Nina” in TV series Reaper and “Honey Pie”, recurring character from Feast trilogy. In The Good Guys TV show, she is playing a character of Liz Traynor who is an assistant district attorney and former girlfriend of Jack. The reason of broke up is “she didn’t want to date a cop.” Though both insist that they are over each other, it is obvious that this is not true.
Diana Maria Riva (as Lieutenant Ana Ruiz):
Diana Maria Riva debut her acting career from the short-lived 1996 television series Common Law. She also made guest appearances in Murder One, Party of Five, The X Files, NYPD Blue, The Drew Carey Show, Everybody Loves Raymond, CSI, Less Than Perfect and Castle. In The Good Guys, Lieutenant Ana Ruiz plays a role of Stark’s ex-partner and ex-girlfriend. She is also Jack and Dan’s boss, who sees to it that they keep themselves and the police department out of trouble by investigating seemingly minor crimes.
RonReaco Lee (as Julius Grant):
RonReaco Lee is an American television and film actor and began his career in the year 1983 as the host of the short-lived television show Kids Beat. In this show, a role of bumbling criminal played by RonReaco Lee who also runs a pawn shop. He is constantly getting in difficulty, which Stark usually takes advantage of to use him in investigating a crime, usually to play a dangerous role.
